It's a modification I was developing for the Halo Engine, inspired by ESF. They kept a watch on this too :P

It's been on pause because of personal things, and lack of support with the Engine, but I may bring it back soon.

I also created everything seen in that screenshot, from the textures to the lighting to the models, except for the Goku model itself. That's an ESF model, but reskinned (as in 3d-animation wise) and retextured with updated shaders. (Permission from ESF team). I wasn't able to make a model of my own from time and team-wise constraints (It's really a one-man team haha, me), but if started up again, a new one is coming.
